What We Check Before Delivery
Material Type
We check whether the material matches the confirmed order, such as EPE foam, EVA foam, bubble wrap, plastic film, or corrugated board.
Size & Thickness
We check key dimensions, thickness, roll width, bag size, sheet size, or carton size according to the confirmed specification.
Structure & Function
For custom packaging, we check whether the structure, cut shape, cavity, opening, sealing, or folding method matches the intended use.
Surface & Appearance
We check basic appearance, surface condition, cutting edge, printing, color, cleanliness, and visible defects when applicable.
Packing Method
We review carton packing, roll packing, bundling, palletizing, stretch wrapping, and product arrangement.
Labels & Carton Marks
We can check item codes, carton numbers, customer labels, destination marks, and other confirmed shipping marks.
Quality Control for Different Packaging Products
